The DRC TCK50 is built on a single-piece 45° triangular slant bed Meehanite casting. This geometry ensures superior damping against cutting vibrations and allows gravity-assisted chip evacuation directly into the conveyor trough, maintaining thermal equilibrium and high surface accuracy.
